## :sparkles: New

* **Membership progression workflows** — clubs can now define exactly what a member must do to move through their membership stages, instead of relying only on manual approvals. Build a workflow under **Membership Workflows**: lay out your stages in order (rearrange them anytime with the up/down arrows) and tie them to membership statuses like probation. Then hang conditions off each one: **attend a set number of times** (checked-in attendances, optionally at a **specific event** like a safety day or induction, or limited to certain ranges or event types), **sign a declaration**, **spend a minimum time in a stage** (for example a minimum probation period), have **an admin sign it off**, **approve their ID**, or **wait for their police check to come back clear**. Mark conditions required or optional, then review everyone who's ready from your to-do list and confirm their move on.
* **See your progress** — members get a clear view of the stage they're at, what's left to do, what's already done, and what's waiting on club approval. Optional, recommended steps can be ticked off themselves.
* **Workflow enrolments overview** — a new **Workflow Enrolments** page shows everyone working through a workflow in one place: their stage, how many required conditions are done, and who's ready to move on, with filters and an active-members-by-stage breakdown. Changing a live workflow (adding, editing, disabling or re-enabling a requirement) now updates members already part-way through automatically, and you can **refresh** a single member or everyone in a workflow on demand. It's a safe recalculation that never undoes a sign-off or moves anyone's stage.
* **Applicant actions in one place** — an applicant's profile now opens with a **Needs doing** card that gathers the actions still outstanding for them: approving their proof of ID and their police check, instead of those sitting in different places. Police checks now track a result too: send one, then record it as **passed** or **failed** when it comes back (and resend any time), rather than only knowing whether it was sent. A workflow stage can wait on **ID approved** or a cleared police check.
* **Tag your events** — add free-form tags to any event under **Advanced options** on the event form, to group events that belong together. Tag every safety day `safety-day`, say, even when you create a brand-new event each time you hold one. Then a membership-workflow attendance condition can require attendance at **any event with that tag**, which keeps working for events you re-create where pinning to one specific event wouldn't. Pick from tags you've used before or type a new one.
* **Document permissions** — you can now restrict any folder or page in the Documents area to specific roles (for example, a committee-only area), for viewing and/or editing. Sub-folders and pages inherit a folder's permissions automatically, and you can override an individual page. Set it under **Documents → (open a folder) → Permissions**.
* **A new page editor** — build pages from blocks: paragraphs, headings, lists, to-do lists, quotes, dividers and images, adding and reordering them as you go, with text highlighting and inline code. Create a page and you go **straight into the editor** — type the title, press Tab and start writing. Pages **save as you type**; changed your mind about a new page? **Discard** removes it. Existing pages are unaffected.
* **Upload files** straight into the Documents area — drag them onto the list (a drop zone appears to show where they'll land, with an "uploading…" indicator) or use the Upload button. Files sit alongside your pages and folders, inherit the folder's permissions, and downloads are access-checked.
* **Export a page as PDF or Markdown** — for printing, backups or moving content elsewhere. Choose the format from the **Export** menu in the top bar.
* **Export the whole library** — from the top-level **More** menu, admins can download everything as a single `.zip` with the folder structure preserved. Each page comes as both a PDF and a Markdown file, and uploaded files are included as-is — a complete "take it all with you" backup.

## :hammer: Improvements

* **Disposable email addresses are turned away at signup** — anyone creating an account with a known throwaway or temporary email provider is now asked to use a permanent personal or work email instead. This cuts down on fake and abusive signups across the board, for members and club admins alike.
* **Accept the terms when you set up a club** — the club signup form now asks you to agree to the Range Mate Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before you continue, with a link to each. We record when you accepted.
* **A redesigned mobile menu** — the bottom bar on phones now keeps your four most-used destinations (Home, Shoots, Booking and Library) as quick tabs and gathers everything else behind a new **More** button. Tap **More** for a tidy drawer grouped into your personal links (Perks, My Guns, Announcements, Settings and more) and, for club admins, a separate club admin section — so the full admin area is reachable on a phone for the first time. The drawer sizes itself to what you can see, so members without admin access get a short, clutter-free menu.
* **More consistent mobile navigation** — the bottom tab bar now shows only on your main tabs; every other page (an admin area, a record you've opened, a form) shows a back button at the top instead, so it's always clear whether you're on a main screen or have drilled into one. Back now returns you to wherever you came from rather than a fixed page.
* Club admins can now fully manage the Documents area — creating, editing and organising documents — and any folder with restricted access is clearly marked with a lock.
* **A consistent Documents layout** — the library, folders, pages and the editor now share one top bar, with the breadcrumb on the left and all the controls (New page, New folder, Upload, Rename, Permissions, Export) gathered on the right.
* **Move old pages to the new editor** — any page still using the previous editor now has a **Convert to new editor** button. Its content is brought across into blocks, and the original is kept, so the change is safe and reversible.
* **Delete documents** — remove a page or folder from the top bar. Deleting a folder keeps its contents (they move up a level); deleting a page removes it. The bar's **Info** menu now also shows details for the item you're viewing — who created it, when it last changed, and its size.
* You can now **cancel** adding a folder from the inline "new folder" row.
* **Shareable document links** — every folder and page now has its own friendly web address (for example `…/documents/range-safety-rules`), and a **Share** button in the top bar copies it (or opens your device's share sheet on mobile — handy in the app where the address bar is hidden). The link keeps working even if the item is later renamed, and still respects who's allowed to see it.
* **Sort your documents** — a **Sort** menu in the top bar orders a folder's contents by name, newest, recently updated, or folders-first. Your choice stays in the page address, so a sorted view is shareable too.
* **Drag items up a level** — as well as dragging an item onto a folder to move it in, you can now drag it onto a breadcrumb (or **Documents**) to move it back up.
* Range logs now have a **Save for later** button next to **Validate & lock**, so range officers can save a log — notes, RO and how the range was used — and keep it open to edit through the day, without locking it. **Validate & lock** now also asks you to confirm first, so a log can't be locked by accident.
* Your **Declarations** page is now grouped into clear sections — what **needs your attention** now, what's **available** to you, and what you've already **signed and agreed** — with anything your club requires called out prominently at the top.
* Setting up a declaration template is clearer for club admins: you pick the type (accept only / upload evidence / download & sign) from labelled cards, and only the settings that apply to that type are shown.
* Accept-only declarations are now accepted the instant a member agrees — there's no document to review, so they no longer offer an approval step that could leave a submission waiting.
* The **People** list now loads noticeably faster for larger clubs, and still shows your latest changes the moment you make them — edit a member, head back to the list, and their updated details are there straight away.

## :bug::hammer: Bug Fixes

* **Kiosk sign-in now works for your whole roster.** Some members couldn't sign in at a kiosk using their month of birth, the last 3 digits of their phone and their last-name initial, even with the right details entered. The last-name initial wasn't being saved correctly for members added recently, so the match failed. It is now stored properly for new members and has been filled in for everyone already on your books.
* The **Action items** page now lays out properly on phones — a section's heading and its buttons (like "Send police batch now") no longer overflow and collide with the list beneath them.
* Making a custom field **required** no longer risks breaking existing member records or blocking them as you move them through the membership lifecycle. Required fields now have three levels — **not required**, **required from now on** (only members who join after you add the field), and **required for all** (every member is prompted to complete it) — chosen when you create or edit the field under **Club Settings → General → Custom Fields**.
