🐛🔨 Bug Fixes

• Club settings works on phones again. After the settings redesign, opening Club settings on a phone left you stuck on one page with no way to reach the others. Settings pages now show a bar at the bottom of the screen with a Back button and a Settings menu that slides up a list of every settings page, so you can move around Club settings on a phone just like on a computer.

• Billing page sync controls are now internal only. The Sync from Odoo button and last-synced time on Club settings → Plan & billing were internal support tools and no longer appear for club admins.
