# Club Calibres

Add calibres for your whole club to pick from, on top of the built-in list, such as air rifle pellet types and weights

Range Mate ships with a built-in list of common calibres, and any member can add their own personal one when they register a gun. Club calibres sit in between: calibres you add once for your whole club to pick from. A common use is air rifle pellet types and weights (for example ".177 8.4gr pellet"), which every member can then select.

Manage them under **Club Settings → Club calibres**.

## Adding a club calibre

1. Go to **Club Settings → Club calibres**.
2. Select **Add club calibre**.
3. Give it a name your members will recognise, and set the grains.
4. Optionally set the type (pistol, rifle or shotgun), the primer (rimfire or centrefire) and a bore diameter in millimetres. Bore diameter groups similar calibres together in the picker, so .223 and 5.56 sit next to each other.
5. Save. It now appears in the calibre list for every member of your club, alongside the built-in calibres and their own personal ones.

You can edit or remove a club calibre from the same screen.

## Who can see what

A calibre belongs to one of three groups:

* **Built-in** calibres, shared across every club.
* **Club** calibres, which you add here and only your members can see.
* **Personal** calibres, which a member adds for themselves and only they can see.

Your club calibres are visible only to your own members. They are never shown to another club.

Removing a club calibre stops members picking it from then on. Guns already recorded against it keep their calibre. Adding and removing club calibres is recorded in your club's audit history.
