# Dashboard & Evidence Pack

## The compliance dashboard

Open **REACH Compliance** from the main admin menu for a club-wide view. It lists **only your managed outdoor ranges** — indoor and unmanaged locations are excluded automatically.

For each range you'll see:

* **Declaration** status (none, draft, ready, submitted, lapsed, superseded),
* **Deadline / renewal** — a countdown to 1 April 2028 if you haven't submitted, or the next review date (with an overdue flag) if you have, and
* **Documentation** — a progress bar across the three record areas: range location & boundaries, soil & water protection, and management of projectiles.

It's the quickest way to see which ranges still need work and which renewals are coming up. Click a range to open its **compliance hub**, which starts on an Overview tab showing exactly what needs doing next.

## The range timeline

Each range's hub has a **Timeline** tab — one chronological feed of everything that's happened on the range: shooting days (rounds fired and the lead they added), reclamations, samples, actions, waste consignments and declaration submissions. Use the filter buttons to show just the types you're interested in — "just show me usage" or "just the reclamations". Records marked entered-in-error stay visible, struck through.

## The evidence pack

The records you need "available on request" live across the hub's tabs. The **Evidence pack** button (on the dashboard and on the hub's Overview and Declaration tabs) assembles them into a single PDF:

* the declaration and its status,
* range location, boundaries, the wildlife statement and confirmed water features,
* the full soil & water sampling history,
* the risk-reduction actions register,
* the lead reclamation history and residual estimate, and
* any waste consignments.

{% hint style="info" %}
Generate a fresh evidence pack whenever you need to hand records to an inspector or your enforcing authority — it always reflects the current state of your records.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="warning" %}
The evidence pack is a record of what you've entered into Range Mate. It supports your declaration; it isn't a substitute for the declaration itself or for professional site assessment where that's needed.
