Find and read the documents your club shares with you.

Your club can share documents with you — things like club rules, safety guidance, joining information and newsletters. You'll find them under Documents in the menu.

Finding a document

Documents are organised into folders, a little like the files on your computer. Open a folder to see what's inside, and use the breadcrumb trail at the top of the page to find your way back out again. Some items are files — a PDF, a form, a photo — just click one to download it. Files follow the same access rules as the folder they're in.

Why can't I see everything?

Some folders are restricted by your club — for example, papers meant only for the committee. If a folder or page has been limited to certain roles and yours isn't one of them, it simply won't appear in your list. That's normal, and there's nothing you need to do.

If you think you should be able to see something that isn't there, ask one of your club admins — only they can change who a document is shared with.
