Quite a big release this one, so let's get right into it
We've made big strides towards letting club admins and RO's manage everything required on behalf of a member who isn't able to do it themselves - for example elderly members who don't own a smartphone. That means:
Admins can now create new users from the dashboard. Users created this way get secure, one-time passwords emailed to them that they will have to change on first login if they want to use the system themselves
ROs can book people onto events as they walk on
ROs can add shoots and log gun usage on behalf of members who turn up
ROs can register new guns on behalf of new users, so when someone shows up with a new gun they can add it for them
Strict Record Keeping mode is now live. You can learn more about it here, and configure it on your club's account if required
Guest accounts now have significantly reduced fields, so it's quicker for guests to sign up
There is now a separate control for invite-only sign ups between standard members and guests. So for example, you can keep your guest sign up open to all while locking your member application form to valid invites only
When creating a new shoot in a member's record, the new gun entry is automatically opened (saving them a click)
Passwords are now checked for strength and this is dynamically displayed to the user in a friendly, easy to understand way. Hints are provided to make it more secure
Squashed the following:
Trying to transition a user to a new state without approving their ID now doesn't throw an error, just gives you a warning
Guest are now included in the walk on booking search scope
Fixed an error where guests weren't able to cancel in-progress checkout sessions
Completely refactored booking logic so that it's no longer possible to over-book junior member events
Editing an event no longer always defaults the type selector to "Adult"
Fixed broken formatting on 404 error page
Added a more appropriate error page (421) to cases where someone mis-types their club portal subdomain
Made the generic 500 error handler significantly more usable and friendly
Trying to delete a location that's in use no longer throws an error
Club guns are now correctly listed in the My Guns section (where the appropriate permission is present) and can be edited/managed by admins
A few other minor ones not really worth mentioning
